HERMENAUTICA (46)

One in a series of posts featuring pages from Hermenaut, a DIY intellectual zine/journal published by HILOBROW’s Josh Glenn from 1992 through 2000-01.

Below a random blurb clipped from a teen magazine, we find an ad for the zine Beer Frame. Complete with an encomium from yours truly; indeed, this was one of my favorite zines. I’d go on to review Beer Frame for the magazine Utne Reader in the winter of 1995.
I’m still a fan! Paul has contributed to various of the object-oriented projects that Rob Walker and I have put together, including this STOLEN CORKSCREW story for ILLICIT OBJECTS and this VANILLA BEAN story for LOST OBJECTS.
Here’s a great discussion, posted earlier this week, between Rob and Paul.
