Art History Minute (1)

In today’s Art History Minute, we survey developments on the contemporary scene. Rather than a steady arrow, or a gentle spiral as some would have it, the correct model for art historical advancement is now revealed to be the slinky, where expansion in one area is matched by a corresponding contraction in another.
