We are delighted to present LINOCUT 2025, the latest in a calendrical series of prints created (in this case, during 2025) by HILOBROW friend and brother-in-law Lawry Hutcheson.
Looking West from our front porch at dawn. The sun rising over the hill behind us starts to illuminate the trees and steeple of the First Baptist Church over by Centre St. while Montebello Rd. is still in shadow. Started this one in Fall of 2025 but didn’t get to finish it until Winter 2026. A many-step process. Put a bunch of thought into how to do the color layering but it’s always a surprise how it actually turns out.
