GIVE IT UP: Maggie

One in a series of posts about Josh Glenn and Rob Walker’s latest object-oriented storytelling project. GIVE IT UP’s exhibits and events (in Kingston, NY) will run from August 15 through September 10.

A former network television executive, Maggie Inge parlayed business expertise into a consulting firm that served World Trade Center firms until 2011. Maggie is the Operations Manager for the Kingston Land Trust, president of the Board of Directors of Midtown Kingston Arts District, and serves on arts-related committees for the City of Kingston and Ulster County. She is a member of the Bardavon/UPAC Board and serves as a consultant to the Midtown Business Alliance. She has lived in the Hudson River Valley and Catskills for over 30 years.

For the GIVE IT UP project, Maggie is reluctantly willing to be persuaded to give up… her EVENING BAG. GIVE IT UP will publish Maggie’s nonfiction narrative about this object in August — at which time we’ll invite you to participate in the effort to persuade her!
